The “Tools”

What are the “Tools” aka Treatments used by Naturopathic Doctors?

The tools, or modalities I am trained in include: medicinal tools

  • Dietary & Lifestyle counselling
  • Botanical Medicine
  • Homeopathy
  • Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture
  • Orthomolecular medicine or nutritional supplementation
  • Physical examination
  • Medical Diagnostics & Testing

In addition to these core naturopathic modalities, I have received the following specialized training:

  • Doula Certification Course with DONA International
  • Biotherapeutic Drainage with Dickson Thom, ND
  • Mind-Body Medicine with Dr. Paul Epstein, ND

In my practice – I emphasize dietary counselling, self-care practices, mind-body medicine, traditional chinese medicine, acupuncture and botanicals.   The latter will typically be combined eclectically to meet your unique health-care needs, and address the concerns you are experiencing.
